Time: 9am - 3pm for full day camps or 12:15pm to 5pm for early dismissal camps
Extended care options: Morning care (8-9am) at $10/day. Afternoon care (3-5pm) at $20/day.

Butcher's Sew Shop offers day camps on common holidays and school breaks. We follow the School District of Philadelphia for most holidays. Students will need to bring a lunch, snack and refillable water bottle. All sewing materials are provided by us. No sewing experience required.
Price: $98/full day camps or $88/early dismissal camps
10% discount offered on second child's registration.

Adult-Child Workshops
Why not learn a new skill with your little? Have a machine still sitting in its original packaging that you finally want to learn to use? Want to share creative time together but struggling with troubleshooting when machine problems come up at home? If so, this is the workshop for you!
​
We'll be offering a series of 3 hour workshops (usually holiday-themed) learning how to use a machine and sew a unique project from scratch! We'll show you how to wind a bobbin, thread a machine and do basic stitching.
​
Any combination of Bigs + Littles is welcome. Moms, dads, aunties, uncles, grandparents, cousins & besties!
​
This workshop is only open to families of children who have been with us for a camp or class in the past.

All materials are provided BYO machine or use one of ours.

Extended Care, Discounts & Refunds/Cancellations
Discounts
Sibling Discount: We are pleased to offer a 10% discount off your 2nd (and 3rd) child's registration. Your first child's registration will remain at full price.

Extended Care
Normal morning drop-off is 8:45 - 9:00 a.m. and normal afternoon pick-up is 3:00 p.m. However, you can choose to take advantage of our Early Drop-Off and Late Pick-Up options. Our earliest drop-off time is 8:00 a.m. and our latest pick-up time is 5:00pm.
Fees: $10 per day for AM care. $20 per day for PM care. $30 per day for both services ​
You may choose to pay in advance for extended care upon registering your child. Students are encouraged to bring books, games, or other activities they enjoy with them during morning and after care.
Cancellation Policy
In the event you choose to cancel and withdraw your child from a Butcher's Sew Shop Junior program, the following fees apply:
For One Day Camps
$10 service fee up to 2 weeks prior to scheduled program start date
$15 service fee 7 - 14 days prior to scheduled program start date
$25 service fee 6 to 3 days or less prior to scheduled program start date
No refund will be issued if your child is withdrawn within 72 hours of camp start date

A student withdrawn after a program has begun will not be issued a refund. Butcher's Sew Shop reserves the right to change these policies based on individual circumstance. Butcher's Sew Shop may cancel a camp or program at any time. In the event Butcher's Sew Shop cancels a camp, campers will be offered a new date to attend or a refund/credit for their camp week.
